Once a shipment becomes available for pickup at a desired ChitChats branch, you will be sent a notification by SMS or email letting you know that the item is available.

Average estimated delivery times are based on the origin of your shipments and range from 1-3 business days for local shipments and 3-8 days for national shipments.

You can find the estimated delivery for your shipment once the order has been shipped.

Courier

We also provide courier shipments to various locations across the country as well as PO Boxes.
